The Guild Ethos

By accessing the platform, you enter into a binding agreement to treat all participants with premium conduct.

"We do not merely facilitate cleanings; we manage a network of specialists. Any interaction that compromises the dignity of our Guild members is grounds for immediate expulsion."

Prohibited Engagements

The following behaviors result in permanent termination of access without notice.

Harassment

Zero tolerance for verbal abuse, sexual harassment, or discrimination of any nature.

Illegal Activity

Usage of properties for manufacturing or distribution of illicit substances.

Unsecured Hazards

Leaving unsecured firearms or dangerous weapons in specialist work zones.

Financial Fraud

Friendly fraud, chargeback abuse, or promo manipulation.

Site Integrity & Safety

We adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Specialists may abandon a site if hazards are present.

  • Hoarding Conditions
  • Aggressive/Loose Pets

    Non-Circumvention

    Our specialists are our greatest asset. Poaching or off-platform payments are strictly forbidden.

    Protect the Network

    Direct employment offers or cash-on-the-side arrangements void all insurance, quality guarantees, and security tracking. Both parties involved will be blacklisted from the Cereniti Guild indefinitely.

    Enforcement & SAPS

    We utilize automated transaction monitoring and location-based safety tracking.

    Identity Audits

    We reserve the right to request KYC / ID verification at any moment.

    Incident Reporting

    Accounts may be suspended immediately pending active investigation.

    Legal Cooperation

    Criminal activity is reported directly to the South African Police Service (SAPS).
